My 5 year old kid suddenly says about back and neck pain or sensation. Is that gas ?

A. Due to improper sleeping portion second could be the child is having too much of screen time in this age kids play game on mobile and also that can be a reason if none of these things applied then you should check with your doctor it could be associated with some muscle or some injury
