my 5 year old has acidity on many mornings. like she makes this face as if she would puke but doesn't really puke. some days i give her lanzol. why this happens and what is the remedy?

A. hello mommy this may be due to constipation b. Water and fibres should be increased in kid's daily routine . In exclusive breast fed baby mother can increase her water intake it will also help in baby's hard stool .
