My 5 year daughter is repeatedly getting fever every month sometimes accompanied by fever ,cold , throat infection and sometimes only fever with temperature ranging from 103.5 to 100 ..Pls suggest

Could be associated with infection as you mentioned and sometimes it is just associated with viral and nothing hence but still the fever is reaching really high I think it would be good for you to get a blood test done for your child that’s going to give you a very clear picture about the situation
