my 5 year baby is coughing a lot dry cough I have given her amoxysafe dds, omnacortil, and planocuff but no effect still she is coughing what to do

Brozeet give this to the child you can give it for at least three days on the minimum side that’s about it if it that also does not help you then I think you need to go ahead with a further assessment of your child to understand what is the problem why your child is continuously having this problem
