My 5 months old daughter get rashes on back of shoulder and chest, what may be the reason

Ma’am Seasons now it is summer so the best reason I can think of us is heat rashes only because maybe a child is not into the pool atmosphere much of it which is why your child may have got those rashes so you can apply little bit of ice on to them to settle them down and after that you can apply Cetaphil lotion on to them
