Q.
My 5 months old baby has cold n cough what effective remedy should give her to get relief from this?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child
you can go for indirect steam inhalationx which will again help in decreasing both cough and cold
continue the regular diet of the child
if there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor
for fever and pain give paracetamol.
anti-cold medicinesx at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello you can put nasal drop and also use instant rub from babyhug and any concern it would be better to check with your doctor and a doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advice you accordingly which will be better and also safe
