Q.

My 5 months old baby had UTI a month ago and we got the urine routine and culture sensitive test done. she was given antibiotics and immediately after completing the course she used to make some sort of sound while peeing. Since one week she is crying before peeing or showing some kind of discomfort quite often..Is there any chance of reoccurrence of UTI.

A. In such a case it is difficult to comment here because proper assessment is required which is possible only with clinical interaction so it will be better to visit your doctor /pediatrician for proper guidance regarding this. dsu The treating doctor will advise you the proper investigation if required as well as prescribe appropriate treatment as per the requirement.
