Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, baby upto 6 months of age can hold their poop for 7 days but beyond that period you must consult with your paediatric. To prevent that situation you must burp your baby after every feed and 4 burps are necessary.
