My 5 months baby girl is not much gaining weight since last month.but she is active and also taking feed.What to do pls suggest.

A. Namaste Mom, baby almost can be given weaning foods now were in start with liquid consistency foods and gradually move to semi solids , and alter with your feed. babies normally by age of 4 to 6 months double their birth weight
