Q.

my 5 months 6 days old baby is very thin and she not gaining weight can I start solids to my baby for weight gain I don't have sufficient Brest milk.plz reply

A. dear Mum what is the weight baby should gain atleast 500 gram per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or less baby should be exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete it is optimum for growth if baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert gaining adequate weight then feeding is sufficient
