Q.
My 5 months 22 days baby getting red rashes and small red pimples on his cheeks. pediatrician gave prescription and we changed body cream, using oinmet also, but rashes come and disappearing frequently

You should keep her at well ventilated or conditioned place as in this season , moisture in air is high and hence it is normal to have rashes.
keep her hydrated
don't use Demineralized water
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 for drinking
Give her probiotics as well
You may apply breast milk over the affected area
and after half an hour gently wash it with warm water.
clean it dry
