Q.

My 5 month old son just started crawling, suffering from constipation for 3 days and crud vomiting too many times but passed urine normally. Is there any reason to worry about crud vomiting. Please help.

A. constipation in small babies is quite commonly seen and is more with babies who are fed with formula milk. Usually constipation of few days is considered as normal in babies below 6 months of age,you can give bonnisan drops 3 times a day to your child will and give frequent feeding, usually medicines or suppositories are avoided in such a case .if baby is having gastric pain you can give collicaid drops.give proper tummy time and burping to avoid gastric trouble. In case of severe constipation of above one week you can give suppository butjs only under medical advice.
