Q.
my 5 month old son is doing green poop only since last 2 months . he does in once in a day. what is the reason? any precautions for this.

If baby is passing urine minimum 6-8 times per day.
Don't give so much importance to motion unless blood in motion or bad smelling motion.
Consistently green stools in the breastfed baby can indicate an imbalance of foremilk/hindmilk,
often resulting in frothy green stools. ... Teething can also bring about green stools due to increased saliva.
A lot of green vegetables or something with green food coloring in mom's diet also cause green colour motion in baby.

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello Mom green colour pop is normal in the baby it should not be in white colour or it should not contain blood in it otherwise if it is not lose or watery or sticky or having mucus and it then there is nothing to worry about at all
