A. hello ma'am do not worry much about this for this is start massaging the gums with clean cotton cloth wrapped around your finger three to four times a day .

A. hi gently rub your pointer finger or Clean wet Cotton clothe in circular motion on sore gums of your child. it will definitely help. you may use Babyhug toothgel too.
