A. Colic in babies is a very common issue and it's matter of concern for parents as the baby is extremely irritable and inconsolable by most of the means. Exclusive breastfeeding with a proper bupring and keeping the baby in an upright position will be helpful. Antiflatulence medicine like semithicone , probiotics and enzyme preparations may be helpful. Matedrnal lifestyle and dietajhry habbits are also contributory and important.

A. Hello good evening !! It's common at this age ,to keep things, toys, hands into mouth ... by sucking they will get relief but it might cause stomach infection due to sucking fingers, toys , things on floor...so maintain hygiene and avoid small things nearby baby.. Due to teething gum pain they will suck fingers,so give soothers, teethers which ease from gum pain. Engage baby into activities like holding baby fingers or give your hand to baby to hold, giving rattles to play but make sure to give clean toys , avoid keeping toys into mouth.
