my 5 month old baby watch phone videos alot .is it ok?

No, it is not fine for such a small baby to watch or get addicted to phones as the radiations from it may effect the eyes and visibility in the long run. It is better to stop it at the earliest as if delayed, it will become a habit and then it will be too late. Also, for mental and physical development, it is important for babies to learn from practical experience.
