Have meals together when ever possible , also you may use some age appropriate books while feeding them would be helpful as well, read while feeding them it is a much better option than the screen time.

Engage into activities like puzzles, blocks, colouring, play dough, other small paper activities, story telling, story books, reading,baby gear (riding bicycle ) these may help.
Another thing is to encourage self eating - eating with family or kids , Making her learn table manners(holding and eating with spoon,fork, napkin, hand washing, (praising while she do , while she eats snacks or any finger foods or eating with spoon) this will divert them from screen time.. ; Garnishing fruits and vegetables for salads, different shapes ...
