My 5 month old baby's feet and palm are always moist...is it normal or i should be worried?

Associated with minor with that kids having disease which is completely normal but if you feel it is much moist and if it is very some or you thinking if there’s a problem then in that case you may need to check with your doctor regarding that they can only confirm after an assessment of your child
