Q.
My 5 month old baby poops every 5-6 days. He exerts pressure while pooping and his poop is green and not soft. Is it normal? or is there a cause for concern? He feeds on both formula (Nan pro 1) and breast milk.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good evening !! Constipation in new born babies is common mostly breast feed babies Constipate.
If baby is active, normally taking feed without gas Tummy ache then don't worry untill 3-5 days.
Do tummy massage, apply warm coconut oil or warm castor oil and gently massage for 10 minutes in clockwise direction with fingers this will avoid Constipation in babies.
