my 5 month 24 days old baby had white patches like present in mouth in buccal mucosa & inner lip. i wipes with cotton cloth, is disappeared. what is this? is any kind of infection or heat?

A. Without proper check up it’s difficult to say what could be the reason behind it so better to check with your doctor as they can give you a proper clarity as per the situation after a proper assessment of the child
