Hello doctor my baby was suffering white patches in her around mouth... Am using gel for last 2 days... Now can I clean white patches gently with white cloth... Is it safe or not...

You can use it but it is important for you first you need to understand as to why these patches are there and accordingly apply some Jal I hope you’re not self medicate in the child and if you are then please consult your paediatrician for a better understanding over this issue
