Q.

My 5.5yr old son having worms daily. Given bandy plus dose still he is getting worms? what can be the reason and how to cure it?

A. Doctor advised us to give him.. We had given him in August then last week his worms started again.. we consulted the doctor he told us to give bandy.. Last Monday I gave the dose but from yesterday it started again

A. Deworming medicine needs to be given routinely to every child after one year of age and the dose is 200uk mg of albendazole once at night time and then repeat the same dose after 14 days once this cycle should be rgepeated every six months at least till 5 year of age but it is advisable to give this medicine only after taking guidance by your doctor
