my 5.5 yrs old son having hives plz suggest. always having full body rashes and no pain

See it would be better for you to consult a dermatologist for a permanent treatment because hives could be due to number of reasons you need to figure out what is the right reason behind it currently I would advise you to apply Babyhug peach milk moisturiser which is anti-inflammatory and would be very good for the skin
