my 4yrs girl vegina inside so much red ,and paining,and white discharge little bit..and something increase I have seen .. always she is feeling discomfort...when she urinating that time so much paining....and always she touched there.what happened

Take some mild antiseptic liquid into warm water clean that area and apply Boroline anti septic cream I think your child could be having either a vaginal infection or urine infection which is why this is happening please get a check with your Pediatrician as
