Q.

My 4yrs boy having dry cough, cold fever After taking paracetamol also fever is not going.. I consult peadiactition he sod to wait 2 3 day. He gave benadryl syrup for cough

A. It might be viral fever which rashes around 3 to. 5 days so repeat the dose of paracetamol after every six hours interval abd steam inhalation abd give one tease honey twice a day with dew drops of ginger in it or Dabur Madhuvaani
