my 4years old he is suffering from stomach pain and cough full of flum he has he is suffering a lot with these problems please suggest

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 4 years old and he is having a pain in his tummy so cough too then give him syrup cyclopam 5 ml sos and chericof syrup 5 ml three times a day
