Q.
my 4months baby is passing yellow color urine is it normal. he is neither taking feed proper since 3-4days while feeding he strains to pass stools every time but he is unable to pass stools I guess. he does potty once a day but i guess it's not satisfactory for him.

breast feed her every two hours
giv her vitamin d3 and multivitamin supplements as suggested by doctor
