my 4month old fell down from bed and he is completly normal..its been a week but he is spitting up

She spitting up can be commonly associated with stomach reflux and digestion issues so we normally necessarily cannot reconnect with the situation that your child that your child had fallen down so just to be on the safer side I would recommend you to consult your doctor once
