My 4month old daughter doesn't have a deep sleep during the day and night even after fully fed with breast milk. She is having a very quick nap around 15-20 mins during the day. And in the night her sleeping pattern starts only after 12.30am. This has been happening for the past few weeks.

See the sleep cycle in this age is not permanent on either it is fixed it keeps changing from time to time it’s very fluctuating which is why you are facing this thing and it is a normal scenario again it is going to change after a while so currently you just have to adjust with how it is going with your child
