my 45days old girl used to cry alot in between feeding and her face turns red

what you have mentioned is a common and regular behaviour which is seen in children at this stage.
it will go away with the increasing age of the child
if you still feel that it is not normal you can meet the doctor for examination of the child

Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
