Q.
my 45 days baby is always crying he is not sleeping enough I already consult with doctor he said due to stomach upset he is crying and he referred dispass drops wen we gives drops he is ok but everyday we cannot give this drops right so what is the right solution

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. for gastric colic you can give collicaid/gastica drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed is helpful.cyclic motion of legs also relieves . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. usually in babies of 1 to 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed due to acid reflux which can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding the ch.i.iild also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.
