my 4 yr 9 month old baby girl having some kind of spot over her eye top lid since 10-12 days, sometimes its itching also, what's that

without examining your child,it is hard to say anything for us.
but yes ,to soothe the itching ,you can apply thin layer of coconut oil there or try cool pack.
visit your pediatrician for once.
