my 4 yr 7 month boy has 102 fever and shall I give him a meftal p suspension how much ml I give him

A. dear mom. you can give him syruo paracetomol for fever. give it in every 4 to 6 hourly . give him lots of fluids, and consult your doctor.

My daughter is 13 months old since last 4 days she is having @102 earlier we were giving her 5 ml of calpol 120 drops but after every 8 hr she was again having fever .Doctor suggested Sinarest 1 ml thrice a day and of fever still persist give 3 ml meftal p suspension.
