#asktheexpert My baby is 15 months old. Which medicine should I give Paracetamol or Meftal P suspension 60 ml to baby as baby has high fever like 102 degrees F? As I have given Paracetamol yesterday evening at 6pm then fever is not coming down. So at 9.15pm I have given Meftal P suspension 60 ml then fever dropped. So which one to continue now Paracetamol or Meftal P?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. start with calpol for baby fever and get some blood tests also. this as per what you have mentioned will require a clinical examination and also a detail check up by doctor for opinion as would guide you about this . . . .
