my 4 years old daughter has throat irritation and pain and nausea.please suggest

A. It could be associated with a throat infection that the pain is there and for nausea you have to check with the doctor it could be associated with either poor digestion or acidity sometimes you can feel this way so you have to have an assistance with your doctor regarding that
