My 4 years baby refuse eating since two days. Even chocolate and ice creams she refused to eat. What is the reason

A. Hello good evening !! Check baby temparature or any mouth ulcer which making him reject the feed. Ask him whether having any pain discomfort. If baby is active and no health issues then Engage in playing and feed playfully encourage self eating, carvings, plating arrangments . Give adequate water, fluids, soups, fruits and vegetables for increasing appetite.
