Q.

my 4 years baby is getting continuous cold and blocked nose.she couldn't sleep and breathe well.please suggest

A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As ar part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained f.

A. hi dear Baby congestion is natural, as your newborn will accumulate mucus in their nose without being able to clear it out. Common baby congestion symptoms include noisy breathing, trouble feeding and sleepiness.
