My 4 years 10 month daughter is complaining stomach pain after eating little amount of any food. she is passing gas and sticky potty. what to do?

Your child is having a stomach infection which is why your child is complaining about stomach pain as well as the motion of the child is sticky these are some basic symptoms that we should not ignore so please connect with your doctor regarding this
