Q.

my 4 year old son is not accepting spicy food... not even a lit bit spice..otherwise he eats evening but it should be plain... I feel too much trouble while going out , for some outing or in some function.. he just eats 1 or 2 bites of spicy food and start crying n leave d food.. any body plz help

A. hi mom thats fine please dont worry also you can give curd rice or dal rice or plain parathas with curds when ual go out
