Q.
My 4 year old poops 2-3 times a day.The poop is normal mustard colour.he is eating fine and is very hungry.He is active also.Is it normal to poop 3 times a day?

this variation maybe seen when the childx is on milk.
if the growth and the weight of the child is within normal limits then there is no need to worry.
if you still feel that something is different you can get the child examined by the doctor who will tell you if there is need forx any stool examination or not
