Q.

My 4 year old is constipated. Though having regular bowel movements but silent smelly farts are being produced accompanied by abdominal cramps. Can I give isabgol and if yes, how? Or any other home remedy….

A. Yeah you can give any good laxative if it has been approved by the Dr previously there is no problem but in general you should try to include more of fibres and fluids in the diet which will help in easy digestion and the bowel movement would be more smooth after that
