my 4 year old get neck pain at night.what are home remedies as he sent able to move it

A. sometimes due to use of wrong size of pillow make a stiffness happens but you should not be worried and don't make baby move neck forcefully you should apply Vicks VapoRub or amrutanjan balm or you can spray move ointment on the neck and that stiffness will go
