My 4 year old does not feel like hunger every time she gives reasons not to eat food please let me know what to be done to increase her appetite

A. Replenish zinc. This mineral has a big impact on appetite and power to improve a reluctant eater's habits. Like most minerals, it is usually lacking in picky eaters' food intakes. Most kids' multivitamins don't have enough zinc to overcome a poor eating pattern.
