my 4 year old daughter nose always block she cannot breath through nose always from mouth what to do

A. For nasal blockage as well as cough and cold you can give nasal saline drops of any brand and itt can be given again and again that is can be repeated every three hourly. It is salt waterf so does not have any side effects. Continue feeding milk to the child and try to prevent temperature variations around the child

A. U Should get it checked with an ENT doctor to have a clarity over the situation there could be some issue with the nose of the child probably which is why it is blocked most of the times so get it checked with an ENT doctor to have understanding over
