my 4 year old daughter is having knee pain on and off for past year but the pain has recently increased in the past 4 months almost every day, As prescribed by the doctor I have been giving her a calcium supplement with d3 for a month now but doesn't seems to work. what should I do next.

A. Hello my dear parent! See these are called growing pains. With the time they’ll get better, do not worry. Complete the course of treatment only as advised by the doctor. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits, and dairy in the diet.
