my 4 year daughter is having cough and high fever since 3 days. what is recommended treatment? thank you

Mam First it has been three days already so the fever is still there that means it’s not a normal fever when the fever last for more than 72 hours we consider it to be higher side of the fever higher kind of fever it could be dengue malaria typhoid specially typhoid which is spreading a lot so kindly consult your doctor and it could be associated with the throat infection as a child is still having cough maybe cough and congestion or nebulising the child along with the medicines that you are giving and please see your doctor for further assistance specially about fever
