Q.
my 4 year daughter has dark circle. all blood test are normal. she eat only homemade food and no junk no sweeterns. what could be the reason??

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Why you have gone for blood test for the child is there any other problem abd start giving Vitamin A rich fruits to the child and in winters carrot juice should be given and iron rich foods and limit screen time

It Could be a possibility that your child is not sleeping properly for a minimum of 10 to 12 hours in a day because that’s very important for a child healthy growth also a lot of times due to the nutritional deficiency also which can have dark circles are you apply cucumber juice regularly under eyes this is going to help me help
