My 4 year boy not getting rid off to cold and cough it's been one nd half month he is facing cough alot viral fever giving him antibiotics and cough syrups prescribed by Dr nebuliser in every 6 to 6 hours blood reports are normal jst an infection is there wht to do he is getting weak not taking meals has lost 2.5 weight please help

Try to give more of liquid based diet to the child which is going to be easier for the child to accept and digest you can look for all good things like soups Khichdi porridge anything that you can give more of liquid for try to go ahead with that and add some protein content into that
