my 4 year 12.6kg daughter Having dry cough, and itchy skin, small red bumps over face and some parts of body just like hives, what medicine can I give her?

There would be a specific medicine for dry cough so check with your doctor please and the hives as you mentioned could be associated with a rash or a blood infection also so currently if you want you can apply calamine lotion but you should check with your doctor Kishore
