my 4 moonth baby girls weight is not increasing,kindly suggest

A. U Should give formula feeding to the child because if your child is not gaining proper weight with the feed that you are giving that means your feed is not sufficient for a healthy weight gain in this case I’m going to advise you to go ahead with powder milk as well
